• Membership runs from the day you join until the 1st of December in that calendar year (i.e. you join on the 3rd of February 2024 your membership will expire on the 1st of December 2024)
• Renewal notices will be sent out in advance of your membership expiring
• Please read and retain the Bon Accord MCC and the Bon Accord Off Road MCC rules and by-laws
• An application for membership is a declaration that you accept the rules and by-lawsof the two clubs and will abide by any committee decisions
• Bon Accord MCC and Bon Accord Off Road MCC reserves the right to refuse any application for membership
• Any applicant refused membership will be advised of that decision and have their membership returned to them as soon as possible
• All members are welcome to attend the committee meetings
• Committee meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month starting at 7:30pm unless advised otherwise
• Committe meetings are currently held via the Zoom video conferencing platform, please e-mail bill@bamcc.co.uk for an invite

• Payments for membership will only be refunded up to a maximum of 7 days after your payment has been processed if you write to us at mem@bamcc.co.uk asking for your membership to be terminated.
• We do not make partial refunds if you decide to give up your membership at any point.
