By entering the competition you agree to abide by the rules and conditions at all times.  You further agree to free the organisers of any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind incurred by the registered named competitor due to negligence or otherwise.  As in all sports, skiing involves inherent risks.  Injury can result from falling down, impact with another object or from many other actions, there can be no guarantees that injury can be totally prevented.  If on behalf of the child, you are unable to accept the risks involved do not enter the competition.

At this event, the Organisers and others may reasonably wish to take general photos or videos of the event. Children, young people and their parents should be aware this will be taking place. It is not reasonable, practical or proportionate to require parental consent for this type of photography, or to preclude it on the basis of the concerns of a small number of parents. The Organisers reserve the right to decline entry to any person unable to meet or abide by the Organiser’s conditions.
