By entering the Farmer Christmas Tractor Run you declare that:

During the whole period of the event the vehicle will be roadworthy and the vehicle is covered by adequate insurance for road use that includes public liability insurance in accordance with the Road Traffic Act

You can produce on request license and insurance documentation on the day, if requested by organisers at the event

Passengers are the responsibilty of the driver to ensure they comply with the Road Traffic Act, and must be sat alongside the driver, in a factory fitted seat

That you enter the event at your own risk and must follow the Highway code throughout the route.

You will abide by the health and safety regulations and rules of the day, along with directions from the marshals

You will not hold Kilham Playing Field Association, Wilfred Scruton Ltd or any of the organisers responsible for any loss or damage of any description throughout the event, to yourself or the tractor entered, however caused

You accept that the event will be photographed and filmed on the day for the purposes of media promotion

Any unforeseen changes to the timing or route will be at the organisers discretion

If in the unlikely event the tractor run is cancelled by the organisers a refund will be available on request.

This will be subject to a £3 deduction to cover administration and processing fees.
