To manage this Entry effectively we will need to send you important information by email. We will be providing information that we really need you to see. We will only send you information regarding the Entry itself and will not use your email address for any other purpose.

Important, please read! You are responsible for the safety and well-being of yourself and of those in your party.

First Aid facilities will be available should they be required. However, all accidents, incidents and injuries must be reported to the organisers, marshals or the First Aid team before leaving the event. For your safety, please adhere to any instructions given by the organisers, marshals or a member of the support team on the day. The event takes place in December, it could be cold. Please ensure that the clothing you have under your Santa Suit will keep you warm enough and that you wear appropriate footwear for the conditions on the day. We would request that you bring as little as possible to the event. There will be no dedicated storage area. We recommend personal belongings to be left in vehicles out of sight or with any spectators accompanying you to the event. Under no circumstances shall the organisers, marshals, or support team be liable for any loss or damage caused to any personal belongings. The Hull Santa Run is not a competitive event. By entering you are declaring that you are in good health and you will be taking part at your own risk and that you accept that the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses that may arise from your participation in this event. If, during the signup process, you elect to raise funds for a particular organisation, we may pass your details to them in order to raise your fundraising profile. Please Note: Your image may be captured during the event in variety of digital formats and will remain the property of the organisers. The organisers reserve the right to use such images in future event promotions or to publicise the success of this event. If you do not agree with this, we would respectfully request that you do not enter.
