Terms and Conditions

The organisers of the event will not be held responsible for any loss, illness or injury resulting from the event.

An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules.

The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the 26/12/2024, whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.’

For athletes under the age of 18, this form must be completed by a parent/guardian.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds, nor do we allow deferrals or manage a waiting list. However you can use the edit details service before the 23:59 on 17th November to transfer your entry to another runner should you become unable to take part in the event.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel at short notice, we will look to reschedule at the earliest possibility and all entrants will be transferred to the new date.
