Anyone under 15 on race day must be accompanied with an adult over 18

So we will allow 15+ years old to run unaccompanied

We don't specify a minimum age limit if accompanied by an adult

We do not offer a refund - but allow you to transfer you entry to another Runner.

Deferrals are allowed under some circumstances, but must be agreed by the organiser.

COVID - in the event that restrictions are placed on the event we will follow any guidelines to allow the race to go ahead.
