Event entries
All event entries purchased through this website are processed electronically. No physical delivery will be made until you receive your number in the post, you will receive a confirmation email of your order to the email address that you registered with when you created your entry. This email should arrive within a few minutes of your transaction but may take longer, please check your normal email filters, junk and spam folders if you have not received it within 24 hours.
Please note that we send your receipt email as a legal requirement to provide you with a receipt for your payment, it is not a marketing communication and will not contain an unsubscribe link.
Note that all funds are debited from your payment account at the point of purchase.
If you have queries about the registration part of the process you should use our rasenrunningclub@gmail.com email address to send us your questions. Please include any relevant information in this email as this will enable us to start the process of helping you much quicker.
Event entry refunds / transfers
No refunds are available but the number transfer and edit service gives entrants the ability to alter entry details and transfer their number to another entrant.
If a transfer is needed, entrants will need to liaise with the new participant in order to pass on the race number and info.
