Event dates are on the following Wednesdays with a 6.30pm start for the April and 27th August events, and 7.00pm for all others

A six event handicap championship consisting of a 2 mile (3.2km) run followed by 9 mile (14.4 km) bike ride.

Please note that a helmet must be worn and that front and back lights are compulsory.
