Race Start time: 10:00

Numbers, timing chips and  final race information will be posted out approx. 1 week prior to the race.

Race Time Limit - 90 minutes.

The official cut off time is 90 minutes, please be aware that road closures are lifted in line with the 90 minutes pace. If you are unable to complete the race in 90 minutes you are advised not to enter the race.If you exceed this time, you will be asked by a race marshal to move to the pavement if you wish to finish the race. You may not receive a time and appear on the results, but you will be able to collect your finish memento.

Normal highway and road safety rules apply - please use caution

Athletes using MP3, Walkman, i-phones etc during the race will be excluded from the results.

This includes Bone Conductor headphones 

Be aware of uneven road surfaces

Numbers must be worn on the front of your vest, securely pinned at each corner and worn as issued i.e. not cut down or folded over

Keep to the left of the road unless instructed by a Marshal.  Failure to do so could lead to disqualification.  There is a marshalled crossing point at the top of Caistor Road both outwards and return

Please check our website on the morning of the event if you are in doubt the event will run due to adverse weather.  A decision will be posted by 8.30am at the latest on race day
