Couch to 5k programme.
Cohort 9 of Beverley Athletic Club's Couch to 5k programme start on Monday 23rd February 2026 meeting at 6:00pm at Beverley Leisure Centre, Flemingate. Brought to you in collaboration with the East Riding Leisure Centre at Beverley.
We will run a 12 week course run by UKA qualified coach to help newcomers to running to achieve the goal of a 5 kilometre run on Saturday 9th May at Beverley Westwood Parkrun.
We will be following the 12 week programme which you can find here.

The meeting location may vary from week to week depending on available light, number of people who sign up, and progression through the programme. You will be notified via email at least 24 hours before.
Please make sure you sign up before the night.
