Minimum age - 17 years old on race day. If under 18 a Guardian/Parent must submit the entry

Time Limit : 3.5 hours

Please do not run under another competitor's number. This is a safety issue.

• First Aid post and a fully Marshalled course.
• 3 Water Stations on the course + 1 at the Finish
• Public Toilets available at 3 venues on the seafront
