The route starts at the Memorial Hall along grass bridleways and farm tracks.  The terrain is eay going, if the weather has been dry then trail shoes may not be necessary.  A friendly elevation of 22metres of ascent.

Headphones are permitted.

No dogs allowed.

Runners aged under 14 years have to be accompanied by an adult.

The route will finish at the Burton Pidsea Memorial Hall. 

Prize money will be awarded for places 1-3 for male/female.  Prize giving will take place at 12.30pm.

Additional entries will be taken on the day subject to availability.

Car parking is available and will be signposted, please be considerate of residents and other members of the public.

A water station will be on route.  Water will be available to runners at the finish.

Refreshments including bacon sandwiches will be available to purchase.  

The race is not "chip timed" this will be done manually on the day.
