Information
- Collect race numbers at least 30mins before start time.
- All races graded.
- Pace making – best efforts are made to provide pacemakers for middle-distance races. Other races will be graded.
- Field events- Number of throws will depend on entries. For all events - If it is full, entry may be denied.

- Timing: All track events are scheduled to be electronically timed.
- Text messages – no races can be entered via text message.
- Withdrawal – All athletes who need to withdraw must do so before the event via the relevant booking website. Failure to notify the organiser will result in a ban from further events.
- Athletes will need to supply their EA registration number.
- 5000m – With the exception of the August meeting, if there are sufficient entries two races will be organised, with the first race starting at the advertised start time. The second race will follow immediately afterwards.
