Entry for this event is on-line, there will be no entries on the night
Minimum age for this event is 16
Time limit for this event is 1 hour 50 minutes, first lap to be completed in 55 minutes
Please park as directed do not park on the course
Please do not attend the race if suffering with COVID or suspected COVID symptoms
If you wish to transfer your entry to another runner, you will need to keep the email received when entering and follow the instructions.  This will be the only way to do a transfer. The last day to transfer your entry to another runner is Monday 1st July 2024, 6pm

This race is not suitable for wheelchairs.

RACE INFORMATION: Headphones of any description, other than those medically prescribed are strictly not permitted during the event. Any competitor found to be using them will be subject to disqualification as per UKA Rules.  Race number to be secured with 4 pins on the front of your running vest
