Race 2 - 25th April - Sproatley - 6 miles - HU11 4PA - 7.15pm

Race 4 - 23rd May - Leven - 6.22 miles - HU17 5NF - 7.15pm
Race 5 - 6th June - Sproatley - 7 miles - HU11 4PA - 7.15pm
Race 6 - 20st June - Coniston - 6.22 miles - HU11 4JR - 7.15pm
Race 7 - 4th July - Skirlaugh - 8 miles - HU11 5EA -7.15pm
Race 8 - 18th July - Hedon - 4 miles - HU12 8HH - 7.15pm
Prizes
Male: 1st £20, 2nd £15, 3rd £10, JM, V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65, V70+ £ 10 each.
Female: 1st £20, 2nd £15, 3rd £10, JF, LV35, LV40, LV45, LV50, LV55, LV60, LV65+ £ 10 each.
Note: Junior Male / Female must be under 20 on day of the race & be old enough as per UKA rules to compete at the distance.
Minimum age for races up to 10k is 15 years old on date of race, minimum age for the 7 & 8 miles race is 16 years old on date of race.
Handicap: 1st £20, 2nd £15, 3rd £10
Note: Only one individual prize per athlete per race (highest value), if a veteran wins more than one individual prize, the lowest valued prize will be awarded to the next veteran in the same age group
Team Prizes: Male 3x £10, Female 3x £10 (team result on aggregate times - club vests to be worn)
Handicap League: 1st £75, 2nd £50, 3rd £40
Race numbers
These wil be handed out at the first race at New Ellerby, please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to collect your number
Parking
Parking is very limited at all races, we therefore encourage people to car share where possible
First Aid
First aid cover will be provided by North East Medical Services
Transfers
Due to the tight deadline of the series going live we are not allowing race transfers. Please do not make requests for transfers as these will be politely refused
Deferments
Race entries cannot be deferred under any circumstance. Please do not make requests for entry deferment as these will be politely refused
Personal Music Devices
Please be aware that the use of personal music devices are not permitted at any race. These races are held on roads open to traffic and you need to be fully aware of traffic and be able to react to the advice offered to you by the race marshals. Please do not compete in the race wearing these devices. This includes ALL forms of musical devices including bone conductors.
T&C's
Pedestrians and vehicles have right of way in all circumstances
Any runner found to deliberately impede a road user may be disqualified.
Runners shall not park inappropriately or use public roads to congregate/warm up
Runners impeding road users may be disqualified
