In this workshop we will explore what we mean by fitness, how to achieve it and the principles of training that will maximise your progress and minimise both your risk of injury or losing motivation.
As always with GHF we will deal with both the physical and mental aspects of running and give you the tools to feel confident in yourself, and your training. This is not a lecture but a chance to learn from an EA Running Coach and share ideas and experiences with other runners.
