Information
Run start time 10am - Runners should arrive no later than 9:30am. Runners are encouraged to car share and use public transport where possible. The train station in Cranswick is a 1 mile walk. Car parking is available but limited. RUNNERS - please run on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the road for the FULL duration of the 10km - as there will be runners in different directions sharing the route.
** ROUTE DETAILS**
Runners will start in the middle of the SRA playing field and continue onto the car park anticlockwise, out of the car park entrance and turn RIGHT out onto Rotsea Lane. Runners will turn right at the junction onto Megginson’s Turnpike and down until the grit box where cones will be laid out to show the Runners must then run back up Megginson’s Turnpike then turn RIGHT at the crossroads. Marshals will be there to guide you. Runners will run up Corpslanding Road until they reach roughly the 6km markers where a marshal will direct you to turn back down Corpslanding Road. Runners will continue STRAIGHT AHEAD at the crossroads back onto Rotsea Lane, turn left back into the SRA carpark, follow it round clockwise onto the field and through the finish line. There will be ample opportunities for spectator viewing.
**NEW FOR 2026 - This will be the first year the race is CHIPPED TIMED** - supplied by Sports Timing Solutions
Organised by Alice Stark - Supported by The White Horse Inn, JSR Farms, Wolds Triathlon Club, Driffield Striders and Redefined Coaching - fully marshalled throughout the course with a drinks station at roughly the 6km point. The race is open to runners aged 15 years or older in line with UKA regulations.
ALL finishers will receive a race memento.
Prizes are available for Male/Female 1st overall.
Runners participation - at their own risk.
NO DOGS DURING THE RUN
Cut off is 90 minutes.
There will be no on site ambulance - TOILETS AND CHANGING ROOMS ON SITE
