The deadline for any deferrals and transfers is Friday 22nd August 2025.

We aim to have race packs with competitors w/c 1st September 2025. 

Competitors can deposit their bags at the start between 08.30am and 09:15am.

There is on-site and off-street parking available.

Race starts at 10am.

Coach transport is available back to the start. Please be patient as a number of shuttle runs may be necessary.

The race course is not suitable for unassisted wheelchair users.

The race has broad appeal and attracts running club members and non-club runners / fun runners.

Entrants should be able to complete the race within 1 hour 30 minutes.

No entries on the day. Over 16s only.
