The deadline for any deferrals and transfers is Friday 6th March 2026. 

We aim to have race packs with competitors w/c 16th March 2026. 

Competitors can deposit their bags at the start between 8.30am and 9.15am.

There is on-site and off-street parking available. Please use public transport wherever possible. The nearest Metro stations are North Shields and Percy Main.

Race starts at 10am.

Coach transport is available back to the start. Please be patient as a number of shuttle runs may be necessary.

The race course is not suitable for unassisted wheelchair users.

The race has broad appeal and attracts running club members and non-club runners / fun runners.

Entrants should be able to complete the race within 1 hour 30 minutes.

No entries on the day. Over 16s only.
