NYMAC Tom Wall 4 x 1 mile Relays August 27th 2026
Wave 1
- Wave 1 entries will be open for one week.
- Each club may enter a maximum of 5 teams during wave 1.
- When entering, the club name must be included.
- If a club enters more than 5 teams, any additional entries will be cancelled. The entry fee for these teams will be refunded, less any administration charges applied by the entry system.
- Any remaining teams will be available in Wave 2.

Registration tent and start line are next to the Captian Cook Birthpace Museum in Stewart Park
Registration 5.45 pm to 6.30 pm
Teams of 4: – Prizes in the following categories: - Male open (1st, 2nd and 3rd) Female open (1st, 2nd and 3rd). Male 200 year, Female 160 year, Male fastest Leg, Female fastest Leg, New course leg record Male and Female, Mixed team prize and Race Directors special prize.
The ages of each runner in the 200 year male team must add up to a minimum of 200 years on race day and the ages of each runner in the 160 female team must add up to a minimum 160 years on race day. Mixed teams can be any combination of age and gender. Minimum age for all categories is 10 years old.
Please note that all runners must run in the order that they have entered (A, B, C etc.)
Entry Fee is £18 per team affiliated - £20 per team non-affiliated, Online entry only
Each leg is a measured one mile in length and takes place in and around the paths of Stewart Park. The course is well signed and marshalled. For further information visit our web site at www.nym.ac
Only the team captain needs to register online, runners names can be mailed in advance to nymac-races@outlook.com or provided on the night. If you want to enter multiple teams please complete the process several times with a different team name, e.g. NYMAC A, NYMAC B, NYMAC 200 etc.

I declare that I am an amateur as defined by the UK Athletics rules and agree to abide by these rules. I am medically fit and understand that I enter at my own risk and agree that the organisers shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage that may occur as a results of my participation in the nymac Tom Wall relays and that should the race be cancelled for any reason I will not be eligible for a refund of my entry fee
Refund Policy
Clubs entering more than five teams during Wave 1 will have any additional entries cancelled. The entry fee for cancelled entries will be refunded, however any administration or booking fees charged by the entry system are non-refundable.
