An Entry Transfer facility is available (depending on date)
Before 05:59am on Friday, 21st March 2025: The ability to edit your details and transfer your entry should you no longer be able to take part is open. This particular method shall close at 6am on 21st March 2025. Please be aware that the transfer includes transferring the size of hoodie that was ordered at race entry. Bedford Harriers are unable to offer any other size hoodie.
Thereafter, a manual transfer form can be completed and submitted the Transfer Desk at Race HQ before 9am on race day.
Any runners found to be wearing an ‘illegal’ number will be disqualified and their details reported to the appropriate governing bodies. This may result in disqualification from future events.
Your race memento – the iconic Oakley 20 hoodie
The selection of race memento hoodie size is made at time of your original online entry. This cannot be changed as an order has been placed with our supplier. When you collect your hoodie, you will be given the hoodie size as recorded at this time. No dialogue will be entered into on the subject.
Bedfordshire AAA County Championships: All qualifying entrants are invited to compete in the Beds AAA County Championship – 20-mile race. Check if you meet qualifying conditions before you enter. Entry to the Beds County Championships is either on the day or by selecting YES at the time of your online entry. If you wish to enter on the day, please register at the County Champs Desk in Race HQ. Registration desk closes at 09:00 sharp.
