Course Description

The challenge starts in the central 'arena' at the bottom of Post Hill, and follows the perimeter path starting towards Troydale Lane before turning up along the top of the woods, passing the top of the Post Hill.

You then start the descent, turning 180 (left) after about 350m before continuing down to the marshal. Then it's a sharp right and soon a 90 deg left, out of the woods. Bear right across the grass to join the wide track and follow this for about 600m to the metal gate.

Take the narrow path to the left of the gate, turn 180 deg and follow the beck side path back towards the start to handover to your team mate.

Overall there is about 78m elevation gain
