• 3K Under 16s Run with Chip Timing - Please note; Children under 11 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years old.
• Predominantly off-road across fabulous Essex countryside
• An established, well organised event, running for the 26th time.
• A warm welcome for everyone - walkers, joggers and serious runners
• Changing facilities, water stations, first aid and refreshment

PLEASE NOTE THAT RACE NUMBERS WILL NOT BE POSTED OUT TO YOU, YOU WILL COLLECT THEM ON THE DAY, WE SIMPLY NEED YOUR NAME AND WHICH RACE YOU HAVE ENTERED IN ORDER TO GIVE YOU YOUR NUMBER ON ARRIVAL.PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO COLLECT YOUR RACE NUMBER.
