THE BRIANPLANT CLEETHORPES AC NEW YEARS DAY 10K - RACE INFORMATION 2024, incorporating the Humber 10K Road Running Championships
LATE ENTRIES
We have re-opened the event for late enties they will close on Wednesday 27th December 2023, no further transfers are available as the order for Tee shirts has been placed. There is no guarantee Tee Shirts will be available on the day, Tee shirts will be forwarded to you later, after we have received the additional order.
Late entries are stil eligible for prizes.

RACE START. 10.00am. Kings Road, Cleethorpes.
THE FINISH. The finish is on the grassed area opposite the miniature railway station on Kings Road
THE COURSE: 2 small loops and 1 large loop
Race Instructions will be emailed after race entry has closed.
Race numbers and timing chip to be collected from Cleethorpes Leisure Centre on the morning of the race. Race numbers must be secured by 4 pins to the front of your running vest.
The race will default to a virtual race should it be unable to go ahead in its usual format, information will be sent out by e-mail.
There is a time limit of 85 minutes for this race
There is a £2 discount for England Athletics affiliated runners, you will see this on the entry form.
TEAM PRIZES FOR AFFILATED UKA CLUBS - Club running vests are to be worn to be eligible for any team prizes, where a club has more than one registered vest, all team members must have the same design - (No club colours, No team prizes)
As per UKA regulations, the wearing of headphones of any description including bone conduction headphones, or similar devices, (other than those medically prescribed), is not permitted in this race and any person wearing them will be disqualified
Eligibility for the Humber Athletics Association Road Running 10K County Championships
To be eligible for the Humber Athletics Association Road Running 10K County Championships, you must either be a resident of one of the four unitary authorities: North Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, Kingston upon Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire for at least 9 months or born in the county.
Athletes must wear the vest of their first claim affiliated club.
The Humber Athletics Association Road Running 10K County Championships is open to any athlete U20 and above.
Medals will presented to:
The first 3 individuals, male and female.
Male and Female Vet Catergories winners
First 3 teams (3 to count) male and female.
An athlete who has competed in a County Championship or represented a County in an Inter-County competition, may not compete in the Championships of, nor represent, another County in that Competition Year.
