We should be free of COVID restrictions by the time of the event but this can change at any time so please note all COVID-related instructions must be followed at all times before during and after the race.  The event is chip-timed

NO EARPHONES TO BE WORN DURING THE RACE. Failure to comply could result in disqualification.

On no account run under another competitor's number. This is a safety issue.
