Heathwood swimming proudly presents the 2nd Res Swim at Lisvane reservoir. 
 

On the 31st August we will be swimming two distances as a race simulation. 
 

750m & 1500m.

we've also had it agreed that after swimmers have acclimatised there will be a rolling dive or jump start from the pontoon and the finish line will be exiting the water on the concrete ramp.
