I wish to enter the Virtual Humber Bridge Half Marathon and hereby certify that I am an amateur as defined by the UK Athletic law and that I am medically fit to run the chosen distance.  I certify that I understand that the organisers will not, in any way, be responsible for any injury, illness or damage to my persons during, or as a result of, my participation in the event.

If you are under 17, you confirm you have parental permission to take part.
