The run starts at Pier Towers and follows the promenade to the south cliffs and back via a short diversion through Italian Gardens.

This run is for fun only. UKA rules does not allow us to publish times or give prizes.

Under 9's must run with an adult.

Convenient for town centre car parks and toilets.

Collect number from around 8:00 am on the day at registration on the promenade.

Adults may run with an under 9 free of charge but without a number and you will not receive a finishers medal.
