Anyone under 15 on race day must be accompanied with an adult over 18

So we will allow 15+ years old to run unaccompanied

We don't specify a minimum age limit if accompanied by an adult

Pick up number on the day.

All runners will be timed, and provisional results will be published the day after the race.

Lots of free parking, very close to the start/finish so you can leave your baggage in the car. Toilets.

Last kilometre is downhill.
