Minimum age - 16 years old on race day. If under 18 a Guardian/Parent must complete the Consent Form

Time Limit : 2.5 hours

Please do not run under another competitor's number. This is a safety issue. 

Facilities 

• First Aid post and a fully Marshalled course.
• 1 Water Station on the course + 1 at the Finish
• Public Toilets available at 3 venues on the seafront as well as the Leisure Centre
• Cafe facilities available in the leisure centre
