There are also further Toilet facilities on the Seafront

Entries close: 22nd September 2026 (No Entries on The Day)

Minimum age: 17 years old on race day. If under 18 a Guardian/Parent must complete the Consent Form

Time Limit: 3.5 hours

Please do not run under another competitor's number. This is a safety issue. 

Facilities 

• First Aid post and a fully Marshalled course.
• 3 Water Stations on the course + 1 at the Finish
• Public Toilets available at 3 venues on the seafront
• Cafe facilties available in the Leisure Centre
