Can I Move Entrants Between Events?

Technically you should just remove the entry from the current event and then manually add them in the detination event. However we have made a way so this can be done to save entering all of the data again.

You need to be realy careful when moving entrants and always add some notes in the notes box to remind you what you did.

If the desitnation event does not contain the exact same questions then the system cannot move answers from the current event into the destination event. This is the same with the payment options.

We developed our system to recognise questions in the destination event and if they match questions in the current event they can be copied over. If the questions are not the same then the destination question will be blank.

If this does happen then all is not lost we do not delete any answers to any questions and all answers will be saved for that entry. We display these at the very botton of the entry page when you click on edit an entry. If you need to copy them you can.
