Dont have a stripe account and don't want one?

If you dont have a Stripe account and you do not wish to set one up then we are happy to collect the payments for you. 

Please note due to the nature of some events not going ahead (cancelling,we have seen this in the past) we will hold onto your event fees until the end of the final calendar month before your event is due to take place.

Example:

Event is in June - We will make a payment for all current funds up until the end of May at the end of May. Additional entries after this will be transfered after the event has taken place.

Any fees incured from any card payment disputes will be charged at the prevailing rate that stripe charge.

We will provide a full excel file report detailing every transaction, this is also available for download from your administration section
