Within the administration section when editing events you will notice a box called England Athletics Membership Discounts All running events generally provide a discount for England Athletics Members. Our system is linked to the England Athletics Database and can validate licence numbers (URN) in real time when entering. When a participant is validated we also record their first claim club. This is particularly helpful when race results are needed especially for team results. When entrants enter their 7 Digit England Athletics Number (URN) England Athletics will verify this with their database and the discount will automatically be applied. As an example you would set your entry fee as a single fee as shown below: Adult Race Entry &pound;18.00 The England Athletics Validation service will reduce this amount by the amount you set in this example: &pound;2.00 The entrant would pay &pound;16.00 The entry confirmation page will display the entry amount and the applied UKA Membership Discount PLEASE BE AWARE WE LINK DIRECTLY TO THE ENGLAND ATHLETICS DATABASE IN SOME INSTANCES WE HAVE FOUND THAT CLUBS HAVE NOT REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS AND THEY DO NOT APPEAR ON THE UKA LIST.
