Payments - What is the reconcile list?

By default we capture and log all attempted entries that are processed by The Entry Point. All completed entries will be shown within your main participant lists.

All non completed entries are displayed within the "Reconcile List"

A payment can fail for many reasons and these are mainly due to the banking system and their own security checks.

Common Failures that we see:

• Card Declined
• Wrong Zip/Postal Code (the error message given is wrong zip code)
• Insufficient Funds
• Pending (The participant has aborted the transaction before entering card details on the stripe payment system)

Sometimes a participant will just not try and enter any payment details and leave the payment page, these will be logged within the reconcile list but with no error displayed.
