BTF Race Passes
- All participants are required either to have BTF membership (valid on race day) or to purchase a BTF Race Pass. You can either do this now (see below) or at registration.
- A BTF Race Pass provides you with Third Party public liability insurance for the duration of the race.
- The cost of a BTF Race Pass is £8 (or £2 for participants born on or after 1 January 2003).
- You will not be permitted to take part in the event if you do not have either a BTF Race Pass or BTF membership valid on race day.
- We are awaiting a link from BTF to enable Race Passes to be purchased - if you need one, you can still enter now but come back to this page in a few days and the link should be here.
Minimum Entry Age
- Sprint: must be at least 15 on 31 December 2026, ie born before 1 January 2012
- Standard: must be at least 17 on 31 December 2026, ie born before 1 January 2010
Medals
- Medals are available for £5.
- If you wish to purchase a medal you can either do this now or on race day, but purchases on race day are subject to availability.
Charity Donation
- Bedford Harriers' nominated charity for 2025/26 is the Bedford MS Therapy Centre. You will have the option during the booking process to make a donation on top of your entry fee.
- Your donation will be passed across to the charity in full (ie Bedford Harriers will meet any additional payment charges in respect of your donation).

Course maps
The course maps are for illustration only and show the route planned for 2025. The routes will be reviewed after the 2025 event and may change.
Gender
- Under BTF Rules, only people who are female sex at birth are eligible to compete in the Female category.
- All other individuals including transgender people are eligible to compete in the Open category and should enter their gender as "Male" or "Non-Binary".
- Responses to this question will enable event organisers to allocate competitors into the correct race category, as required under the British Triathlon Transgender Policy effective 1 January 2023.
