Heathwood swimming proudly presents the first open water race simulation in lisvane & Llanishen reservoirs.
The Res Swim will be an opportunity for swimmers to take on a 750m open water rectangle course under race conditions. It will be a timed event and a male / female leader board will be recorded. We hope to run this twice a month so swimmers can track their swimming performance & progress.
The cost will be £20 per person to cover safety support & venue hire. .
The first Res Swim will be held at Llanishen reservoir on Saturday 3rd August.
715am registration, 745am race start. Swimmers will be split into two waves in order of ability.
This will be the only time the reservoir will have a larger swim course so get booked on as places will be limited.
