Are you ready to face a tough 5k?
A new event, low cost fun 5km race using the hills of Alderman Kneeshaw....can you do it can you complete it?
- Think 'High School Cross Country', lots of steep up hills and sharp downhills, this will be a challenging 2 lap course.
- Trail shoes are advised and if it's been raining good trail shoes will be needed! Expect to DNF if you can't get traction to get up the steep hills. Not suitable for spikes due to some hard surfaces.
- The race is licenced by the TRA - Trail Running Association
- The licence number is: 8042 - licence pending
- The race will be subject to UKA Rules.
- Entrants must be 12 years old or older as per rule 141 S 5 UKA - Trail Running
- Pick up your race number on the day before the race 11am onwards. Race starts at Noon.

- Location: Alderman Kneeshaw playing fields - Valiant Drive - HU9 4DZ
- This is part of the Alderman Kneeshaw “City Nature Challenge Spring Fair” with lots more going on. More details can be found on the ‘Friends of Alderman Kneeshaw’ facebook page.
- No in ear or over ear headphones are allowed.
* Race fee is an amazing £5.50 with a £2 discount for UKA runners. This is a low cost but high fun event! There are no prizes or memento, over £3 of the fee goes directly to TRA and the Event Entry website service.
The results will be posted to East Hull Harriers facebook page after the event. Please leave feedback of the event there after the race.

I understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event. I understand the organiser's reserve the right to delay, postpone, cancel or not officially time the race in the event of adverse weather conditions or other factors outside the organiser's control. The determination of what constitutes this is reserved solely to East Hull Harriers & AC. Photographs of the race will be taken for publicity purposes. I understand that my image may be used and give permission for it to be used.
