Are you ready to face a tough 5k?

• A new event, low cost fun 5km race using the hills of Alderman Kneeshaw. Think 'High School Cross Country', lots of steep up hills and sharp downhills, this will be a challenging 2 lap course. 
• Trail shoes are advised and if it's been raining good trail shoes will be needed! Expect to DNF if you can't get traction to get up the steep hills. Not suitable for spikes due to some hard surfaces. 

• The race is licenced by the TRA - Trail Running Association 
• The licence number is: 8042 - licence pending
• The race will be subject to UKA Rules.
• Entrants must be 12 years old or older as per rule 141 S 5 UKA - Trail Running 
• Pick up your race number on the day before the race 11am onwards. Race starts at Noon.

• Location: Alderman Kneeshaw playing fields - Valiant Drive - HU9 4DZ
• This is part of the Alderman Kneeshaw “City Nature Challenge Spring Fair” with lots more going on. More details can be found on the ‘Friends of Alderman Kneeshaw’ facebook page. 
• No in ear or over ear headphones are allowed. 

Collect your race number from the event HQ within the Alderman Kneeshaw playing fields, near the "City Nature Challenge Spring Fair" activities before 11:30am. Registration will open at 11:15am.
