Information
5k Time Trial held on the Cleethorpes Promenade.
The Start is on the promenade near the Kingsway Kiosk, start time 6.45pm
Due to the popularity of this time trial and the safety of the course, entries are limited to 150.
There is a time limit of 40 minutes for this time trial
Numbers to be collected on the day from Race HQ, Cleethorpes Leisure Centre, Kingsway, Cleethorpes, between 6.00pm and 6.30pm.
There will be NO entries on the day.
If you wish to transfer your entry to another runner, you will need to keep the email received when entering and follow the instructions. This will be the only way to do a transfer. The last day to transfer your entry to another runner is Sunday 2nd November 2025, 6.00PM
Minimum age for this race is 11
This race is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Competitors must be medically and physically fit to run and all entries are made at the competitors own risk.
Cleethorpes Athletics Club or any person involved in the organisation of the event will not be held responsible for any loss, illness or injury resulting from the event.
The Participant agrees to abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the Event, including the Highway Code, and the relevant sporting governing bodies that oversee the running of the Event including the relevant UK Athletics regulations and rules.
By entering this event, you agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times and age category. The use and reproduction of the Participant's name, photographs, images and videos in all media for the purpose of advertising and publicity for future promotion of the event. Such items shall remain the property of the Event Organiser.

The wearing of earphones and headsets of any description unless medically prescribed is not permitted whilst competing in races for Health & Safety reasons.
