Join us in 2025 for the 13th Annual P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery Charity Run!
The event takes place on the 20th April 2025
The race starts at Bilton Village Hall at 9am (registration starts at 8.30am). VIEW THE ROUTE HERE.
All funds raised at this event will go to the local charity P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery. P.A.U.L for Brain Recovery is a community based support and guidance service that exists to support anyone affected by brain injury. All of our sessions aim to improve quality of life after brain injury by offering the practical coping skills and knowledge to help manage daily living, avoid crisis and to rebuild a meaningful life.
All participants will receive an official runners pack, which includes a 2025 P.A.U.L 10K medal and t-shirt.

By registering for this event you are confirming that: I wish to enter the 2025 P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10k Run and hereby certify that I am an amateur as defined by the BAF laws and that I am medically fit to run the chosen distance. I certify that I understand that the organisers will not, in any way, be responsible for any injury, illness or damage to my persons or possessions during, or as a result of, my participation in the event and that as a competitor in the 10k I will be 18 years, or older, on the day of the race. I understand that the organisers will pass on appropriate personal information to St. John Ambulance and other medical services in the event of my requiring medical treatment. Due to restrictions on the route you must be able to complete the run in under 1 hour 30 minutes to enter. By agreeing to this disclaimer, you confirm that you will be able to complete the run in less than 1 hour 30 minutes. The Event may be televised, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and photographs may be taken all of which may capture your participation in the Event. By taking part in the event you agree to the publication of such photographs, filming, recording and broadcasts and their use by us and those authorized by us in any way which we may see fit now or in the future including but not limited to film, broadcast, radio, TV, publications and publicity.
