The 10K is a single loop circuit run, undulating throughout, starting at Bilton Village Hall heading towards Gangstead, going north towards Swine and looping around Swine back towards Bilton, finishing at Wendys Restaurant, Bilton. VIEW THE ROUTE HERE

• Run starts at the Bilton Village Hall at 9am prompt 
• Runners to arrive at the Bilton Village Hall by no later than 8.45am to register and receive their runners pack (registration starts at 8.30am). 
• Run finishes near Wendys Restaurant, Bilton. 
• Unfortunately, you cannot sign up to take part in the race on the day - you must enter online to take part. 

Due to restrictions on the route you must be able to complete the run in under 1 hour 30 minutes to enter.

This event is now well established and this will be the 13th year of the P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10K charity run. This event now includes full on-line entry with immediate confirmation, following receipt of payment. The race features official timing, water stations and is marshalled throughout. Runners packs with number and full instructions will be given out on day of the race.

You can be assured of a challenge and an opportunity to raise funds for a fantastic local charity.
