Race HQ: Cottingham High School, Harland Way, Cottingham HU16 5PX

Race Start: 09.00am. Beverley Road, Skidby.

Race Finish: Mill Road, Skidby.

Club Vests: Due to he history of inclement weather during this race, there will be no requirements to run in club vests to win prizes.

Marshals: For your own safety, please obey any instructions from an official race marshal. Any person failing to follow the instructions of a race official or marshal or road sign will be disqualified.

Finisher sweatshirts: Will be handed out near to the finish.

Presentation: Will take place at the Cottingham High school as close to 11:00 as possible.

Headphones: All competitors must refrain from wearing of headphones during the race, so that they may hear traffic and the instructions of the marshals clearly. Any competitor wearing headphones will be disqualified from the race.

Refreshments: A drink station will be situated approx halfway. Drinks will also be available at the finish. Other refreshments will be on sale at Cottingham High School.
