By entering the event you are claiming that you are medically fit and able to run. You accept that the organisers, other than duty of care to be expected, shall not be liable for any injury, illness or loss of property as a result of your participation in the event. It is your responsibility to read, understand and accept the following rules.

England Athletics anti doping statement. An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/her/their self familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA anti-doping rules and to submit to the authority of UK anti-doping in the application and enforcement of the anti-doping rules. The UK anti doping rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of athletics, for 12 months from the date of race entry, whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.

All entrants must be 15 years or older on the day of the race.If you have a disability or impairment and would like to discuss your inclusion in the race in confidence, please contact the event organiser.

Runners must not run with a number and chip allocated to another person. This can mess up results and have serious consequencies in the event of an incident. Anyone who does this risks disqualification from UKA events.

As with most other races, entry fees are non refundable and non deferrable. Number transfers are permitted up to the advertised deadline.
