Our 1st FV60 Bob Eyre Award - The Bob Eyre Award is an annual award that was introduced for the 2025/26 season.
Bob is a valued long standing member of Bridlington RR. He was been involved with the EYXC league from it's inception in 1994, helping with marshalling and running in the league races when his work committments allowed.
Bob joined the EYXC league committee in 2010 as the Bridlington RR club rep. He retired from this role at the end of the 2025/26 season. During that time he organised the race at Sewerby. He last ran in a league race at Welton in the 2023/24 season and enjoys supporting and taking photographs during the races.
Bob was keen to help the league by sponsoring this annual award before stepping down from the committee.
